All payments and information is encrypted on our system to protect against unauthorised transactions and fraud.

Your voucher will be emailed to you so you can print it or access it directly from your dashboard through the "my bookings section”.

 

Your voucher works also as your receipt.

Mainly only service/guide animals are allowed to travel with their companions, however, you can contact the operator with any special details regarding animals/pets and they will let you know if it is possible to facilitate you.

We will notify you of your departure times; please note it is always best to check with the airline directly for accurate check-in times. Our recommendation is 2 hours before departure for a short hall flight and at least 3 hours for long haul flights.

Log into your account and cancel your tour through my bookings section also you should check the cancellation policy for the tour to see what you can expect to receive back.

We check all reviews prior to authorising them and this may take a few days, if you want to contact customer care directly please do so.

The baggage/luggage allowance will vary from airline to airline, and you will be notified of same at the booking stage. Most scheduled carriers will usually allow and included a small amount of hand luggage to be taken into the aircraft cabin. The number of kilos allowed may vary according to destination and airline.

Depending on the Airline terms and conditions, some tickets are none refundable or not changeable and there may be an admin fee also. We can check all the details for you and see if we are in a position to make changes for you or assist you and make recommendations.

Many hotels worldwide have this as a standard requirement; the card details are taken in case of any incidental charges such as room service or phone calls) or room damage. Note that some hotels will take cash for these incidentals on check-out.

Electronic tickets are kept within the airline's reservation system rather than printed. The service is very similar to the traditional paper ticket process but reduces the time associated with changing, exchanging or purchasing a paper ticket.

- Appropriate (ID) identification and travel documents, i.e., visa and or a passport is required.

- A printout of your confirmation

- Some airlines require that you have the credit/debit card you used to pay the tickets with.

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to check and acquire the relevant paperwork needed, i.e., passport, visa and health insurance documents etc. associated with the destination you are travelling too.

Refunds are automatically issued per the terms of the tour cancellation policy. 

Your email address is NOT used or given to the tour operator, it is for our admin department only.

Yes, you just the person's information on the tour and the voucher will be issued in their name.
