Your professional guide will pick you up from your hotel In the early hours of the morning, and you will be transferred to Istanbul Airport, where you will Fly to Sanliurfa.

Sanliurfa was known as Edessa in the ancient period and was always known as one of the most essential Holy Sites of the World.

You will travel to an archaeological dig at Gobeklitepe known as “The World’s First Temple of Mankind”, and is about 12.000 years before the day.

After that, you will visit the Sanliurfa Archeologic and Mosaic Museum, which is the largest museum complex in Turkey. You will then visit the Pools of Abraham and the Cave in Balikligol where a local tradition says it is where the Prophet Abraham was born.

Also, you have free time to visit the local market before heading back to the airport and fly back to Istanbul and be transferred back to your hotel.

We did a side trip from Istanbul, to see this amazing site. The fact that it is 11,600 years old is amazing. There is still more to excavate underground.
