Kaleidoscope of Sea, Sand and Culture on a Private Tour of Kusadasi

Kuşadası is a cosmopolitan beach resort on Turkey’s Aegean coast. With a kaleidoscope of sea, sand and culture and only 20 minutes away from the stunning classical ruins of Ephesus (or Efes).  Kusadasi it’s also a major cruise ship destination and guided private tours are available from the port or your hotel.

The seafront promenade, marina, and harbour are awash with lovely hotels and beautiful restaurants.  Kus in Turkish means Bird and Adasi means Island hence the name Kusadasi (Bird Island).  If you prefer to mix your Ephesus visit with nightlife and sea views rather than the rustic ambience of Selçuk, then Kuşadası could be the right choice.

Offering some fantastic hotels and restaurants, a surprisingly nontraditional bazaar and two quieter old quarters on private tours of Kusadasi.  The many bars and nightclubs are heaving most nights with a fantastic mix of locals and tourists. You will certainly have fun in Kusadasi!

Sightseeing Tour of the Stunning Sirince Village, Selcuk and Ephesus!

Kaleidoscope of Sea, Sand and Culture on a Private Tour of Kusadasi

This somewhat old Orthodox village, 12 kilometers away from Ephesus and thirty km from Kusadasi, was once Cirkince roughly translated to English as the "ugly village".  This name was given to the village by its habitants on purpose as they did not want to be disturbed by visitors or to share the stunning beauty of their village.  A sightseeing tour of the charming Sirince village near Selcuk and Ephesus is a must.

This little village of Sirince 7km from Selcuk throughout the hills is appealing because of its setting among fruits orchards, narrow roads, and old fashioned stone houses with red-tiled roofs. Additionally, it is renowned because of its traditional bazaar; home made lace and wine made by the local women.

All of the narrow roads of the village belong to the ladies, selling handcrafts olive oil, of all kinds.  Another attraction of Sirince is its wine: It's been able to maintain its credibility and the significance of its name, though Sirince Village is developing its tourism rapidly if you want to see, an old Turkish village take a sightseeing private tour of Sirince village.
